Terms of Service

I reserve the rights to decline any commission that I see fit, or is not in compliance with my terms

Commission Process

The client must contact me through the means provided, then the client will be notified if the commission is accepted or rejected and if its placed on a waiting list.The client has as many revisions in the sketch point as the client needs. After that point only light revisions will be allowed.The end product of non animated art that will be submitted to the client will be a PSD file and a PNG file. A PNG version with transparent background will be free for the client if it's asked.The animated art will be sent in GIF and MOV, but if any other format is required it can be discussed.

Payment Information

Payment will be only done by Paypal or Ko-Fi.Payments are non-refundable.The commission will be fully paid once the client and I have agreed on the details and the first draft of the commission is done (basic sketch).For Ko-fi commissions, the client can reach out to me to discuss details, and submit their payment afterwards on the websiteFor special works like detailed animations that don't have a specific price, payments in different stages will be agreed with the client, if it's needed.Slots for commissions will be first paid first served except if a client makes the commission with the "urgency claim".When the client sets the "urgency claim" on the commission, that commission will be the first one to be done, the client must talk to me about it first, so both sides agrees on the use of the urgency with the deadline needed; I will have the last word if the "urgency claim"is used or not, and that will be set before starting the commission.The use of the "urgency claim" has an extra cost of 50% extra of the total commission price.There can only be 1 "urgency claim" at a time. There will be new urgency claim slots after the previous urgency is done and the already previous accepted commissions.

Licensing, distribution and usage

I reserve the rights to use all commissioned artworks for commercial and personal/portfolio use.Should the client request for shared commercial rights in standard commissions, please specify this in your form submission first.If the client wants to use the commission for commercial use, like merchandising, the client must pay a fee of x2 of the commission price to earn the shared commercial rights.Buying the shared commercial rights means that there won't be any obligation to pay extra fees to me if the art is used commercially, but the client must still clearly credit me.The client is allowed to print the commission work if desired, with the only condition that it's not meant to be used commercially, unless the rights are shared.You do not have the rights to alter the commissioned artwork without my permission.You do not have the rights to claim the artwork as your own.The usage of the commissioned artwork as NFTs is strictly prohibited.Any art commissioned from me or that is made by me it's strictly prohibited to be used by the client or any partner in training an AI model or to be part in a training dataset.If the client intends to share the commissioned artwork on social media, it's needed that the artwork has credit and links to my Twitter/X, @CharrVoidwalker
